Guidelines for submissions:

The submission link is at the bottom of the page.

1. Abstracts

Abstracts must be written in English and should be a maximum of 500 words, followed by a list of maximum 5 keywords (separated by semi-colons). Submitted abstracts should include the title of the research, details of authors (Full name, Affiliation, Email Address).
The abstract should include the following elements:

  • Introduction and background
  • Research question/objective/aim/purpose
  • Methodology
  • Findings
  • Contribution
  • The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
Formatting guidelines are as follows:
  • Title: Times New Roman, size 16 font, bold and centred at the top of the page.
  • Author Names: Centered, listed with first name, middle initial, and surname. Multiple authors separated by commas.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size, single line spacing.
  • Page Layout: A4 size (297 × 210mm).
2. Poster Presentations

This can be a work in progress. The poster proposal should include:

  • Topic
  • Rationale for the study
  • Methodology
  • Findings
  • Recommendation
3. Open mic sessions

This can include work in progress or a conceptual research project. The proposal should include:

  • Theme or topic for discussion
  • Rationale and background for the research
  • At least five questions to be discussed during the session.
All papers received will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be available on the conference webpage and mailed to all participants shortly after the conference. All abstracts should be submitted on the submission link (click the button below to make your submission)
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the corresponding author will be notified of acceptance.
